De-emphasized text in custom components is no longer gray in 13.0 alpha

I'm guessing whatever style we were using to de-emphasize text (i.e. make it gray instead of black) has been removed in 115? Examples I've found so far:

In the circuit display

• "Tor Circuit"
• IP addresses
• "Your guard node may not change" text

See the ETP and extensions wingpanels in Fx 115 for examples of de-emphasized text for equivalent strings.

In Connection settings

• Bridge addresses in bridge cards

See extensions cards in about:addons for examples of de-emphasized text for equivalent strings.

This bit still needs done please!

Totally fine to close this issue if you can open a follow-up for anything remaining, of course – unless this part couldn't be done for some reason.
