firefox-android: remove telemetry package entierly

Just added a runtime check for adjust
we've updated it it to nuke it more
because it was still pulling in adjust packages which updated to use google permissions for AD_ID which added it to our app (#41997 (closed))
based on this incident it is agreed we take a heavier hand with the metrics package, it would be nice to refactor the "Disable features and functionality" commit to remove the metrics pacakge and use of it as much as possible
