Incremental update from 13.0a2 to 13.0a4 fails to apply

Just did a quick test on Linux, the incremental fails then the full update is downloaded and applied.

I changed that file in tor-browser-build!786 (merged). However, that file is automatically patched as a part of the startup script.

So, patching that file will never work. If we change it, we should always rewrite it.

It shouldn't be a problem for the release channel, because we won't change it. But it'll be a problem also for Mullvad Browser alpha.

I'm not sure we actually want to do something about that.

Wouldn't this affect the 12.5 -> 13.0 stable update?

I don't think so. We've kept the same remoting name for the release, IIRC.

Tested with a custom "12.5.15": https://tb-build-05.torproject.org/~pierov/torbrowser/release/unsigned/12.5.15-build1/tor-browser-linux64-12.5.15_ALL.tar.xz.

The problem didn't occur.
