New Tor circuit for this site (hamburger menu) is always visible/clickable

We always show the "New Tor circuit for this site" in the hamburger menu.

Would it make sense to hide it for things such as about pages?

Before taking a decision, we should consider that maybe it's the only way to change the catchall circuit.
