PTs on Tor Browser 13 do not work with Windows 7

The user shared logs with me:

After restart the user got the message the program lyrebird.exe has stopped working Error code BEX64

Downgrade to previous version of TB helped

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
