Donations are asked repeatedly when I click New identity button. I already click X on the donation window and I expect it to hide from now but you insisted on displaying it over and over.

@richard the behaviour was intentional. I guess we would need some UX input to change it.

Full disclosure: this has been bothering me too. I would 100% be in favor of at least route 2, although that wouldn't solve the cypherpunk's use case – would it?

I think option 2 would work with new identity because it can be stored in a javascript module that would still be available for the new window
