Do not store logs inside TorProvider

Dropping the entire TorProvider
in case of failure has some advantages, but also a big disadvantage: logs are stored in the TorProvider
object.
When we drop it we also drop logs.
If Tor died for an actual bug/problem, we remove the way of knowing that. So, we shouldn't store the logs in the provider, but store them elsewhere.
