So I whipped up a new toy to scrape function properties - the list of functions come from window properties (nightly)

So I thought I would compare TB13 vs ESR115 (using a PB window) - because we spoke about how some FP protections in the past have been to kill the API/feature and leave a ticket open "to investigate", which isn't necessarily true given the "few" diffs I see here - I say "few" because it's only a handful of decisions, even though it generates a bunch of noise
