Regression: quickstart doesn't work anymore

Summary

when using the new HTML Tor bootstraper the "autoconnect" button isn't being remembered on new runs

Steps to reproduce:

How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important.

1. Enabled HTML bootstrap experimental option
2. restart tba and click the auto connect check box
3. restart tba

What is the current bug behavior?

the auto connect is not checked and it doesnt auto connect

What is the expected behavior?

auto connect is checked and it immediatly starts trying to bootstrap

Environment

Android - latest GV and ffa

PieroV's edit: Linux seems to be affected too, so I'd guess all desktop platforms are.
