Move the Android patchset into tor-browser.git.

Mozilla did again (FAQ, including a suggestion on how to move pull requests):

On March 18th, the Fenix, Focus and Android Components projects will move into the mozilla-central repository.

See mobile/android/fenix in gecko-dev.

So, I think this will be like a good news, because no more mess between the various repos.

Also, generally speaking tor-browser.git is in a better shape... But it's even more crucial for the Android patchset to become better.

In the short-term, it means that backports will be done from gecko-dev instead of firefox-android.

So, if it was a must for the ESR transition, now it's an even more important must.
