TorBrowser 13.0.13 fails to launch on Ubuntu 24.04

Tor Browser fails to launch properly on Ubuntu 24.04. Note that I can't reproduce from the live CD, only from an installed system (but it's brand new).

Going to about:preferences#connection works, but clicking on the connect button redirect to a tab which crash instantly too. However going back show Tor Network: Connected and a tor process is running.
Trying to browse the web however instantly crash the tab too.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
