Decide whether to disable firefox translate after ESR128
I'm pretty sure the next ESR will have firefox translate enabled by default (bugzilla 1820261). Note, I think it is controlled by browser.translations.enable

It supposedly happens locally so your page content is not sent to mozilla, but maybe we would need to investigate what it does to update its engine.
Also, I think using the feature can be detected by the web page since it changes the content in place, and the web page could figure out which language you chose to translate to. But there are a lot of other behaviour-analysis things a website can do, so I'm not sure how bad this is compared to anything else. And it may be undetectable on the highest security level.
