TBA, error: Unable to start Tor:java.io.lo

Got two tickets with the same error: Unable to start Tor:java.io.lo Exception:control port file not created:/data/user/o/org.torproject.torbrowser/app

Users are from different countries, One case is Android 10, Another case is Android 14.

Both use Samsung and the latest TBA.

In the first case with Android 10 Tor sometimes tried to bootstrap but stacked at around 45-50%

Re-installation did not help in both cases
