TBA Settings should handle the exceptions from the JS side

Pushing bad bridge strings will not result in any feedback to the user.

From the logs, I think that TorAndroidIntegration sends errors to the Java side, but then these errors aren't handled.

Otherwise, if JS doesn't send any exceptions at the moment, we probably should send them.
