1885101 Improve window.outerHeight spoofing for iframes to match the outerHeight of the parent

So besides outer we should also fix screen and available screen to return the spoofed parent dimensions, and no need for an extra RFPTarget

And there is nothing lost added here in entropy, we not trying to hide the spoofed values in iframes, which an iframe can get anyway using .. wait for it .. wait ... vh/vw at 100
