Add a checkbox to disable the clipboard protection

We have a preference to disable the clipboard protection (browser.privatebrowsing.preserveClipboard).

I think we could expose it in the UI (it would be also quite close to the titlebar thing if we had a "system interaction" category).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
