Link to release notes missing from "About Tor Browser" window
In Tor Browser 13.0, we removed the permanent link to our release notes on about:tor in favor of a one-time string that displays after updating. This was done so in the belief that there would be a permanent link to release notes in the "About Tor Browser" window instead.
For example, see the "What's new" link in the "About Firefox" window here:
However this link appears to be missing from the "About Tor Browser" window (and likely was never there in the first place). Could we add it in please, in the same position and using the same string as on Firefox?
