I was initially confused about what privacy.spoof_english did, and thought it requested english and then translated it to the desired language. I now think it just requests english independent of the language set, but doesn't translate it. If this is the case, how would we feel about changing the name of "spoof_english" to something that better reflects what it actually does? It seems to be accurately reflected with what the user actually sees, i.e. "Request English versions of web pages for enhanced privacy"
Maybe something like "request_english" or "request_english_webpages"?
Also, how would we feel about the idea of an additional option (that would be dependent on the first) for auto machine translation to the desired language? I know machine translation isn't great, but it's better than nothing for non-english users wanting this privacy feature
