Android patchset tagging in TB

As per the email I sent around recently, I really want a way to keep visibility of the android patches once merged into the TB repo so I was thinking a prefix on each patch of some kind so I figure we do a vote on some options (with overlap) via emoji. I'll make comments below with options and vote with 👍 if you like, nothing for nothing or in one case 👎 if you don't like. If there's ties I'll just pick my fav of them that y'all are ok with. or if we're really passionate we can do a run off but seems like a lot 😆
