Review Mozilla 1849194: Enable Shopping feature in non-nightly, and remove pref

Mozilla removed the geckoview.shopping.enabled preference. Presumably enabling some shopping feature by default. Not sure what it is, or whether it is Android only.

that's fenix specific. I thought this might be another featureGate item, but nope, anyway, from AF
