Replace ~ with the original HOME

Firefox started changing ~ in the URL bar with user's home starting with Firefox 119 (I thought it had always been a feature!).

However, for TBB and MB this is our Browser directory. We might want to hijack this to BB_ORIGINAL_HOME.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
