Better explain security levels to the average user

Hi there.

I think it would be interesting to better explain the Security Level setting for the average user. As an average user, I think it's somewhat "scary", making me think that I'm unsafe if I'm not using the Safest level possible. While I know this is not the case, using the Standard level feels... "wrong", or... "bad". Maybe a friendlier explanation to the average user saying that the Standard level is OK for the average user (because the average user would have a good threat model).
