    Steps to reproduce

    1. Set torbrowser.debug.censorship_level to 1.
    2. Load "about:torconnect" and click "Connect".
    3. Wait for failure.

    Result

    The icon next to "Tor Browser could not connect to Tor" remains the same.

    The slash icon.
