In Settings, Connection - it says tor network is connected but internet saying offline

Tor seems to be working, but in 'Settings', in the 'Connection' section, Tor Network reads 'connected', but Internet reads 'Offline'. There is an internet connection and Tor does seem to be connected, but why is it saying 'Offline' when it doesn't seem to be? Is there a problem here? Thanks
