Add-ons: NoScript Crash

Sometimes NoScript crashes and needs to restart (for instance if drive space runs full). In earlier versions of TOR one could disable & enable Noscript and it would then be running again. This does no longer seem possible without restarting tor-browser - Which is most inconvenient. Solution: There need to be a way to "reboot" Noscript (and likewise add-ons) if it freezes up/crashes. Tor should probably also have a safety check running (with the ability to restart Noscript?) that ensures Noscript is running and not disabled by a surf-by malware/malicious site etc.
