Remove "Learn more" link from Android's no-internet error
The "Learn more" link doesn't seem to point anywhere at the moment, so we should remove it for the time being.

I've made !1361 (merged) for this which removes the "Learn more" string/link. Do we have the strings and designs for all the "Learn more" pages? We have it for one but not all https://www.figma.com/design/rWgMwiiFTDFp4ujuP3PKbq/Tor-Browser-13.5?node-id=150-6186&t=Di4fl4ucYkQeM3R4-4 (Also I'm guessing that Figma comments aren't the best for asking questions?)
