Reword or remove the "Open with Tor/Mullvad Browser"
"Open with Tor/Mullvad Browser" in the download confirmation dialog is a potential disk leak because people might not understand that the file will be downloaded first (albeit in a temporary directory in our configuration).
I've opened Bug 1923835 to ask upstream if they are interested in addressing that (it's not trivial for me), and the answer is that they closed previous similar bugs as invalid/wontfix. They haven't closed my Bug yet, but they might decide not to accept a patch either.
Not seeing "Open with Tor Browser" a user might decide not to download it, or do it anyway (knowing it's a download).
