All tor logs timestamps reset to current time when opening screen

- Open settings and go to Tor Logs
- Notice all time stamps are the same
- Go back a page and re-open the Tor Logs
- Notice all the time stamps changed to the current time

- Configure a slow bridge
- Start bootstrapping and go to the Tor Logs
- Notice all old entries have the current time
- Notice new entries have an updated time (their correct time)
- Notice when re-opening the page all timestamps are reset to the current time
