Propose design improvements to torconnect

During the Tor Browser 13.5 development cycle, we redesigned the connection experience for Android and extended the user flow to include Connection Assist. In addition, we proposed several design improvements for desktop too, and our intention was to reuse the same logic, strings and general user experience across both platforms.

However this work wasn't completed within the 13.5 development cycle. Instead, the new connection experience was shipped to Android without Connection Assist, and some (but not all) of desktop's design improvements were deployed to stable.

We wish to continue iterating on designs for both desktop and Android in Tor Browser 14.5. In addition to the design improvements that were proposed previously (but not fully realized), the developers have a list of other improvements in mind that are being tracked in #43185.

@felicia While we're waiting to chat to the applications developers about the details of this issue, I think we can get started with the following:

1. Add the current connection screens for desktop and Android to the 14.5 file.
2. Review the previous designs that were proposed for Tor Browser 13.5, and take note of anything that wasn't developed/shipped.
3. Review the developers' wishlist for torconnect changes in the email thread.

I've reviewed the mockups and took notes of the things that weren't shipped yet. However, it seems some of the screens still need some user testing before being handed over to the devs.

Other items of the devs' wishlist have their own issues on Gitlab:

1. Improved user consent (in progress)
2. Connect assist removes users' bridges without warning (backlog)
3. Going into settings on Android cancels ongoing bootstrap (closest issue)
4. No good UX to handle crashing tor (in progress)

I think the closest issue to this problem is #42648 (closed).

Here's the issue for desktop: #43186 (moved). I don't think one exists for Android, however we could change that issue to apply to All Platforms.
