Use `moz-button` for `spoof-button-disabled` buttons

Upstream, I asked if they could modify moz-button to cover our spoof-button-disabled case. If it gets a patch we should switch our buttons to moz-button to get this behaviour.

NOTE: This won't work for the dialog buttons that still use xul:button.
