Huawei/Honoir video bug - changing resolution leads to incorrect video performance

Reported by a user, on their Honor device when they play YouTube video with bigger resolution they can see only a part/fragment of the video.

I tested this issue on my devices - Huawei and Motorola, and yes, the bug was reproduced on Huawei device (Honor belongs to Huawei). On Motorola videos were playing as expected
