[Android] Configure HTTP/SOCKS proxy network settings

The desktop Tor Browser allows setting an HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5 proxy in connection settings. In some cases, this is necessary in order to reach Tor, but the menu and functionality are not exposed to Android users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
