Audit users of the Fetch android component

One of the patches for Android Components makes sure the icon loader is FPI (android-components#34439 (closed)).

I think we have never cared of this, but maybe we should check it.

Consumers should be easy to find with import mozilla.components.concept.fetch.Request.
