Some Websites Rapidly Cycling Through Nodes Including Guard

Circuit is continuously cycling through middle and exit nodes as well as rotating the 2 guard or entry nodes in the same session. Occasionally, a third guard node will also be used. https:\apnews.com causes tor to cycle nodes. I am using Debian 12.8.0 and tor browser x86_64-14.0.3.tar.xz. I found identical issues that were merged to 33525. Is it possible to provide a better description of what is happening? Are we being identified and why ? (data, to defend their website, or is this malware on the web server) Its a little disconcerting to see your circuit become unstable. Thanks
