Backport stable and legacy: Some .tor.onion sites are not displaying the underlying V3 onion address in alpha

I think commit 6c4d876b is worth backporting to stable and legacy since it is very small and it will fix an issue with the top level domain for one .tor.onion site.

The main issue is that it uses the fixup! TB 40458 prefix in the commit message, rather than the older fixup! Bug 40458 prefix on the older branches.

Verify the patch in the Nightly build.
