Rename "Quickstart" toggle as "Connect automatically" (Android)

Android counter-part to #43469 (closed):

In Settings > Connection, there's a toggle currently named "Quickstart", which users can activate if they want Tor Browser to try bootstrapping automatically when it is open. However, this name isn't very clear without a description, increasing the amount of text in the UI. So, to reduce the efforts needed from users, we should change the toggle's label from "Quickstart" to "Connect automatically" in all platforms so they will be consistent.

@felicia @dan The toggle on "Connect to Tor" already reads "Always connect automatically", so this issue is moreso about updating the corresponding setting under Connection Settings (which still reads "Quick Start").

In which case it should be fixed as part of the latest Connection Settings improvements in #41187.
