Rename "Quickstart" toggle as "Connect automatically" (Android)
Android counter-part to #43469 (closed):
In Settings > Connection, there's a toggle currently named "Quickstart", which users can activate if they want Tor Browser to try bootstrapping automatically when it is open. However, this name isn't very clear without a description, increasing the amount of text in the UI. So, to reduce the efforts needed from users, we should change the toggle's label from "Quickstart" to "Connect automatically" in all platforms so they will be consistent.
