Tor Browser on MacOS - video noise when watching videos on YouTube

We have got complains from the users about video noise when watching videos on YouTube using TB on MacOS. Video noise looks like multiple thin stripes of different colours (purple and green) located in the bottom part of the video that's currently playing. Stripes can disappear buе can appear again when cursor is moved on the video.

Issue started in TB 14.0.4 and still present in TB 14.0.6
