Improvements to the "Use bridges" toggle in the Connection settings

Context

The toggle that activates the configured bridges is currently placed right before the list "Your bridges" section (check reference screenshot below). We should move it inside this section so it will be closer to the bridges themselves, highlighting their correlation and preventing the toggle to be activated when there isn't any bridges to use.

Scope

• Move the toggle that activate the bridges inside the "Your bridges" section;
• Change the toggle's label from "Use bridges" to "Use these bridges".
