Update Desktop and Android survey dismissal string

UX changed the Not Now string to Dismiss. We'll need to update each of the Desktop branches (14.5, 14.0, and 13.5) to latest.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
