TorConnect country/region names should change based on the app language

Currently the TorConnect.countryNames are set using the default app language at launch. If the app language changes mid-session (on android) we should fetch the list using the new language instead.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
