Use "region" instead of "country" in connect assist

The new android connect assist code uses "country" for many of the auto bootstrap components. Technically, some of the locations are not countries, which is why we use the term "region" in the TorConnect.sys.mjs module. I think it would be cleaner if the android components would use the same "region" wording as the backend.
