After clicking "Quit" in menu, Tor Browser for Android still displays the "Close private tabs?" notification

Reproduction steps
- Open Tor Browser for Android, connect to Tor network.
- Visit any website. (IMPORTANT: Notification won't appear if no website is opened.)
- Use the "Quit" option in menu to quit browser.
Expected behaviour
The browser closed and the "Close private tabs?" notification disappeared.
Actual behaviour
After hitting "Quit", the "Close private tabs?" notification disappeared for a few seconds, and reappeared after that.

New. The bug didn't appear until 14.0.9 (128.9.0esr).
