Fix the settings page broken by Lox

The 137 rebase #43418 (closed) is broken - most notably the settings page about:preferences is missing - because lox_wasm.jsm can't be loaded anymore (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1940422)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
