Drop the "Connected" page from about:torconnect

When we finish connecting to Tor, we show "Connected to the Tor network!" in about:torconnect. But the browser will immediately redirect the page to:

  1. about:blank or about:tor, depending on the home page settings. In these cases the page only flashes, so I think we should not show it.
  2. A web page, if it is the user's home page, or they tried to load a web page before being connected. In this case, there is more of a delay before the redirect. However, I think a blank page would be sufficient given we have an "Connected" indicator in the application bar.

Therefore, I wonder if we should just drop this page entirely. @donuts and @felicia what do you think?
