Notes

Small backport that should remove a console error.

• Verified on alpha.
  • Check that the SAVE_CONF error does not appear in the android log or tor log.
  • User settings are still applied without the SAVE_CONF command being sent to tor. E.g. check the tor log to see that newly added bridges are being used.
