Bizarre right-clicking issues: menu items blanked out and/or not working; too many items in the right-click menu; different right-clicking menu displayed initially for links
🐞 Bug Report
Reproduction steps
Open Tor Nightly & right-click a link/URL in a webpage.
Expected behaviour
Right-click a link and the first 3 items in the menu are visible and clicking on them produces an action.
Actual behaviour
If the first interaction you have after opening the browser is to right-click on a link, the top 3 menu items are blank and there are far too many options in the right-click menu (by my guess, all possible right-click menu items are showing, not just the ones for right-clicking on a link). Clicking the first blank item results in nothing. Clicking on the 2nd or 3rd blank items results in nothing apart from those blank items having a checkmark added to them.
However, if I right-click on non-URL portions of a webpage, I get the expected right-click menu. Also, at this point, right-clicking on a link now (mostly) shows the expected right-click menu but it's unfortunately (mostly) unusable. Clicking on most items doesn't produce any activity (except for clicking the uBlock Origin menu item). This version of misbehavior stays until relaunching the browser, in which case the initial behavior is seen again.

Troubleshooting
I screen recorded my interactions show the initial right-click of a URL, the long/broken menu items, how the top look and (mostly) don't act, as well as what the right-click menu (when right-clicking URLs) looks like after right-clicking a non-URL part of a webpage.
Is this bug new? If it is a regression, in which version of the browser did this bug first appear?
New to me. I'm uncertain when it first appeared.
