two about:tor pages opened after update

I noticed that when updating my Nightly build from ESR 128 to ESR 140 it opened two different about:tor pages.

My guess is that one is the home page and the other is the override page, which should have been suppressed.

I'll see if it happens again in the next Nightly update.
