Include product with the component in triage CSVs

Our triage CSVs now are sorted by component, which is a great improvement compared to last year.

However, it seems to me that some components are repeated (e.g., General).

Generally speaking, having also the product might help in my opinion, both to improve the sorting+grouping, and to better understand what the component actually is, when its name is not specific.

So, I propose we change the third column to $product :: $component.
