Refactor the Android Tor integration to follow Moz's standards (if needed)

Bug 1926079 introduced some documentation about integrating a shared JS API/service with the Android world (mobile/android/docs/geckoview/contributor/translations-toolkit-to-fenix.md).

I think we should have a look and check if we need/want to refactor our integration.

Or it might be useful for new developments.
