Tor Browser's home doesn't have the background at the first load on Android

Reproduction steps

  1. Do a fresh install of Tor Browser
  2. Bootstrap
  3. The home has a white background. Text is also white, so it can't be read.
  4. Close the app
  5. Reopen and bootstrap again
  6. The home as correct colors
  7. Go to the app settings
  8. Clear all the data
  9. Reopen the app and bootstrap again
  10. The home is white again
